I have years of experience with process service for writs, subpoenas, summons, temporary restraining orders, civil suit notifications that are served by me to registered agents, individuals, DBAa as well as other court and personal documents. I also frequent the Davidson County Civil, Criminal, Probate and Chancery clerk on a regular basis. I can provide the foreign court subpoena forms and issuance fee and will invoice your law firm as well once they are issued/served/filled returnd. I have access to local lawyers for emergency questions or issues regarding service with knowledge of both state, federal, juvenile and probate courts. I am available to pick up your service/court documents from Wilson, Williamson, Robertson, Sumner, Dickson, and Maury county as needed.

My mailing address is: 1222 16th ave South Suite 23 Nashville TN 37212 located in the heart of Music Row in a real office with an on hand notary and not just a mysterious mailbox. I have an assistant available from 830 am to 430 pm most weekdays so feel free to drop service off and I will confirm when I am back in office.
